We had a fantastic wedding dinner in the Fox Cave. Delicious food, great service, charming rustic interior and organization correspondence was very simple and friendly. You have even happily integrated our individual wishes into the menu and we had a great stay. We recommend...this place for larger events

This restaurant is a beautiful surprise in a quiet corner of a side street. Friendly and quick service, we felt very welcome. We start with a fresh salad and continued with meat dishes; I had served a steak on a hot stone with grilled vegetables...and three different sauces. It was a pleasure!

We went here for a business dinner on a normal working day and found the place deserted. The menu was short (always a good sign) and featured mainly the food of the season (asparagus in this case) in all kinds of different combinations. The food...was absolutely delicious, including the surprising ice-cream on offer for dessert (I had cucumber-goat cheese), which may admittedly not be to everybody's taste, but which give you a feel for the skills and creativity of the chef. Highly recommended!

Everything was just spot on, food, service, ambience Starting with a very friendly reception and welcome although we arrived a little late as we had booked a table The menu is limited but has enough choices for all tastes and a small menu normally is...a sign of fresh, local and seasonal fare Wine suggestions also showed a high degree of knowledge The service was present and personal but not intrusive or pushy in any way The ambience is classic timber and shows that it is a well preserved and restored historic building We spent a great evening there and will be back there as soon as travels allows, well done to all the team at Fuchshoehle

Perfect place to have a nice meal. Great seasonal varieties of meals and home made lemonade. Also great to go in the afternoon and enjoy the great cakes they have. Inside it is really nice with all the wall paintings. Staff super friendly. Overall great atmosphere.
