Feedback gevenI was beige a business trip in the sohlenwerk hotel and explored the surroundings of the hotel in the early evening. the restaurants found in this round did not really tell me, and so I decided to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. I entered the automatic glass door and first saw a table with two puppies that should probably replace the missing guests. some steps I was greeted by a service that stood behind the theke, a round of restaurants showed that at the moment no guests were in it. After a brief review, I ordered “Kartoffel soup with golden yellow roasted scalotte” (4,20 € ), and as the main course “big medaillons with tomatenmozzarella baked balls on glaciered finger tubes and pattisones, with potato columns” (17,50 € . shortly afterwards a gruß from the kitchen was served, two slices of white bronze with one the butter was unfortunately too cold and therefore not spreadable, and the taste did not really unfold. Moreover, the amount of butter for the two slices was far too large. a little later, the suppe was brought in a big teller, with the jakobsmuschel in the middle and some balsamico painting over it. the suppe was fine-grained and tasted nicely karto salted, but seemed to be too little salted to me. when I ate the jacobsmuskel, the tuning of the seasoned again fits very well. the part was quite big for a presup. with the question: “The suppe has cost it?” the emptied teller was removed. a few minutes later the service brought the teller with the main course. two black medailles, covered with tomato slices and covered with mozzarella, lay on a fairly large amount of tomato columns, along with two yellow and two green terraces and three finger tubes. the mozzarella slices were sprinkled with crimp and again decorated with balsam traces, which feed kartoffel slices with freshly ground pfeffer. the meat was exactly right roasted, tender and juicy, the potatoes were also very good and delicious. there is nothing to say about the tubes, there were rods and, since not glazed, without special whistles. the mini-curves were quite watery and without special taste. Environments on the floor with oak floor plates stand tables with fabric tablecloth and cover. the places were covered with double cutlery and fabric serviettes, each two roses in glass vases are in the form of incandescent lamps, with a tealight in the glass, a salt scatterer and some decoration. around the tables stood with red velvet cocktail chairs, which were clearly too low for me and were also difficult to get crazy. on the wall stood three higher tables without tablecloths, with higher hocus with brown leather covers. the deck was covered over a large surface with red material webs, between were covered by naked gray concrete recognizable. the lighting of the room was carried out almost only via different wall lamps. in not only a small loudness the program of a local radio transmitter with the in my ears, but partly somewhat stupid moderation, the chef could be observed during his activity in the glass kitchen. the restaurant clearly raises a certain claim, at ambiente I see it as desired and not skillful. the combination of fabric table cloths, fabric napkins and high quality cutlery with a salt scatterer in the cheapest version, of noble roses with a vase from the Nanu-Nana-Cramladen simply does not fit, the tricky with the program of an seemingly very youthful modern radio transmitter is certainly not suitable for this environment. last but not least the seating options: the too low sessel also has one to the lower continuous tsarge, so that I could not store my legs even under the sessel, it was very unpleasant. cleanliness of the gas room seemed well maintained, cleanliness, glasses and cutlery, tablecloths and serviettes were perfectly clean. I did not visit the toilets, that is not possible.
