Oberamer Hof - Bad Saulgau

This hotel-restaurant is located on the edge of Bondorf, a few minutes drive outside Bad Saulgau (or a pleasant half hour walk in daylight hours), overlooking fields. Specialises in local Swabian cuisine and on specific nights (ring to check), Dennete "Swabian pizza from the...on-site wood-fired oven. There is a also a children's menu which the children can colour in (crayons provided We often come here for a family get-together when we're visiting Bad Saulgau and have always found it friendly with generous portions of good pub grub food (it is not haute cuisine nor would I want it to be most dishes are served with french fries or Swabian Spätzle). There is space for the children to move around and in the summer horses in the adjoining paddock for them to say hello to.
