Here for lunch and loved! Varied menu with food for everyone in our group, also the non-food eaters with some regional dishes. Locally produced beer really went well with our meal. Great service and huge portions to a good value.
One of the rare places that have good food, friendly service in a fantastic environment for many years. The ambience of a 300-year-old restaurant building at the entrance of this large museum, a beer garden as relaxing and quite as they come, friendly... stuff, clean and well-maintained facilities . . . . . what I can do nothing about the place I don't like . .. next to leaving after a good meal obviously. Whoever comes to Bad Windsheim and does NOT try this gem. ..sorry for you, big mistake. Come in November December and book the geese in advance, you will never forget the experience coming October April, make sure you have a fried Franconian carp coming May September, sitting under the trees and have a nice steak with salad. . Franken Silvaner or Hausbraut Enjoy beer
Very nice old economy, have eaten more often and always very good. I'm afraid that's changed. to tasty Franconian bratwurst, with good sourts there are now 2 slices of white brot instead of Franconian frogenbrot. and that in the Franconian freeland museum . Kid-Friendship: there are high chair parking: no
