La Mensa - Badulla

Very good food. We ate here every day as this was our favorite place in Ella for lunch/night. Portions are very large and the staff is friendly. Compared to other places, the food is cheap and very tasty. Do not miss great restaurant with many shrimps in your Kottu!

Delicious food we had vegetables and curry and chicken rot for dinner. The only place we got chilled beer in cold glasses. The staff was very friendly and would definitely go back when we returned to Ella.

They serve a wide range of traditional and international dishes at a very reasonable price. Find a good meal. Keep the good work and bigger thoughts will follow.

La Mensa is a very relaxed and tasty restaurant where you can get very good curry, rotti and kotu for 400-600 rupees. The portions are very good and the staff is friendly. I even eat twice there. On the street are some tourist restaurants with western flair. I wanted traditional good food. I found it in le Mensa. Nice again! Top Spot in ella

Absolutely amazing rice and curry! It consisted of rice and at least 7 different dishes! I had the chicken rice and curry and it was delicious. Also, really good, friendly service by Theeban! Thanks for a great meal!
