Waiters very knowledgeable and were able to advise which options they could make gluten-free. They were also able to provide alternative lactose free sauces!!

Lacalita is so wonderful. The fish tacos, chips, beans were all excellent. You do have to let them know you're coeliac. The menu has many things that can be made gf, but it's not entirely clear. For example, the fish tacos use tempura fish unless you request gf. Then they grill the fish separately. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable and very used to providing gf options.

Delicious mexican food, we had a shared meal for the table (tapas style) and the staff communicated very well what was GF and what wasn’t which they have provided a GF substitution for me when they could.
