I had already been to dinner at 588 and that's why I decided to organize my birthday here. the location and care in the details of a harmony make this place enchanting. in the dishes you can feel the genuine goto of the products, many of which are cultivated in the garden restaurant. no ingredient misses, even the smile of the staff is a dressing to all this! soon!

I stayed at dinner at 588 for a very small bachelorette party, requiring with a little in advance the possibility of having a vegetarian degotation menu. we were all very enthusiastic about the complexity of the various courses, prepared by hand and essentially with products of their vegetable garden and/or from farms that aim at the quality of raw material. all the prepared pacts turn around olive oil, also both of own production and of different origin, but always very sought after, in order to exalt or complete with harmony and different aromas the dish itself. the service was very good, with the readiness to explain all the ingredients and the sommelier really prepared. I was already two years earlier and I have to say that I can only confirm my very first impressions. a young team, attentive to the territory and to the care of the products, attentive to the customer, prepared and always ready to learn new things (at least this my feeling). for a 6-course meal in degotation, including dessert and coffee, with a bottle of à la carte wine the price paid is online, even if you look at the context in which we are. beautiful and 15 m from florence. A dream weekend. a magical atmosphere immersed in the hills, a surreal swimming pool for its beauty and delicacy in the colors, surrounded by a vegetation perfectly cared for and enriched by a background music. a path of degotation to say little sublime: perfectly balanced flavors and textures, the simplicity of the raw material in all its goodness, different types of olive oil follow each other in the different dishes, and realize how variable the olive product can be. the night we stayed at the village where the rooms are extremely well-kept, equipped with every comfort and meticulously clean.
