Inasal Chicken Bacolod - Bago Bantay

This is the more "sosyal" and lesser crowd version of Mang Inasal. I ordered Chicken Paa and honestly, I was satisfied of how they do it except that the chicken was kind of dry. As I think, Inasal Chicken must be juicy at least. The place was kind of messy in my sight. For me, they can still do something about the interiors (not really the furniture, as I think it is a part of their branding. But the final look itself.

We have a late dinner at ICB, we ordered petso, pancit and kanzi. well foods tasted great. The kanzi tasted differently but good and it have langka in the soup.place is clean, service is good. Price is more expensive compare to other inasal store that also serve unli rice....but ICB have more variety in menu to choose from????????????

Chicken is good ... Just smaller than before ... Definitely worth a try if you haven't yet been here ... I think this was here first way before Mang inasal... But i have never had a bad chicken here ... Its always cooked well ... Unlike the new one they dont care if they serve it raw as long as they serve something ...
