Waited for 10 minutes expecting that my food is hot but then its already cold and the chicken is not crispy anymore. Parang matagal ng niluto.

...i wouldn't really consider this my to go place, because the general taste of the food is rather bland or overly salty and the ambience does not seem to be as warm and friendly as other shops i went there at the invitation of another friend but that was just for a one time sitdown

Pizzas are good. Place is tiny and usually cramped. Waitstaff are too busy to bother. The queue in the cashier usually takes a good amount of time before you can say your order. The wait time for your order usually is longer than usual. Their delivery may take up to an hour on peak days.

The queuing is like forever and when you get to the counter the food you want to order is not available. That really annoys me. Then i ordered a different product then i also waited for like forever. The food for me, its always salty, the service hmmmp its like hot and cold. The space is really small and there's no comfort room...

Transactional service cold food, just mesns it's been sitting out for a while. Tight space.
