Feedback gevenA good place for mongolian bbq good part at price. tasting and filling
If you are craving for a Mongolian cuisine, O' Mai Khan is one of the best place that you should try. The food is delicious, affordable and good for sharing. But the Mongolian Grill which you will be the one to choose what condiments and meat to put is only good for one and not for sharing. We ordered Hot Pot that is good for 4 to 8 people depending on your serving, Mongolian Grill, Chicken Dynasty, Grilled Seafoods and Pork Ribs.
I enjoyed scooping my own veggie (yes limited choice) over meat (yes portioned) and dumping different sauces. Tip from ate was to put two scoops of oyster sauce then sugar water, sesame oil and soy sauce as base. I didnt put in much veggie since I wanted mine meaty and I can go back for more. Yummy! Rice was also good quality. Arrived here at 10:50 waited until opening. I started eating at 12noon. The resto is run in a very laid back way... so I waited. For the price, I got my money's worth.
This place has always been a treat for me as a kid, we would often eat here when we spend our summer in the city like 25 years ago. I’m glad it’s almost still the same place it was but they do get a little stingy with the meat but as for the vegetables/ sauces they’d let you go HAM on it. Still cheap compared to Manila prices. A little above 200-250 per head for their buffet
Failed attempt at Mongolian BBQ and Hot Pot. Word of Advice heat up your grill (hot food would be nice) and learn to treat your customers better. I am taking off another star for the latter. The concept and the fresh vegetables is good idea, Which is a good start to be better.
