The staff is polite and attentive, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices, featuring dishes from both Northern and Southern Vietnam that capture the true flavors of the country. I highly recommend visiting this spot when you're in Baguio.
The pho at this restaurant is quite good, and since it's one of the few Vietnamese places around, I'm inclined to give it five stars. Once you add all the condiments, including pepper and salt, the pho really shines and tastes authentic. However, I found the fried egg rolls to be lacking—they don't taste anywhere near authentic. I recommend sticking with the pho and skipping the fried egg rolls. The fresh spring rolls, on the other hand, are always a safe bet and are definitely worth trying. Overall, it's a good experience!
I tried her dish and I really liked it. The portion sizes were generous for the price, just like the regular bowl of pho bo. However, there were no side servings of fresh vegetables (like sprouts and basil) for the pho. The Hoisin sauce was added directly to the bowl of noodles, which meant I couldn't adjust the flavor to my liking afterward. I would have preferred to have it served on the side. As for the Vietnamese coffee, it was quite strong; I prefer mine iced. On a side note, I just found out that there are different ways to prepare pho, and in Northern Vietnam, they don't serve the veggies with the pho.
Her pho is perfect for the cold weather here in Baguio. if they long for an authentic Vietnamese food, then pho is the most recommended for them. they have three types of pho, that is bark meat, huh and seafood. they also served the track mi, which is the perfect game for me for pho. her Vietnamese coffee was also excellent, especially when served cold. also the ambiente of the place is perfect. the staff had the recording, they will certainly welcome them with a huge smile. the price of their food is not so expensive. so they will certainly enjoy their pho and other food without hurting their bag.
YES indeed!!!! Who says no to hot pho soup in Baguio?? I guarantee no one does and if they do, they’re missing out badly! It’s one of the very sparse Vietnamese restaurants in the city and probably one of the better ones. It’s extremely popular and for good reason it’s cheap and it’s extremely tasty. The broth itself will make you ditch your jacket and feel warm throughout the duration of the meal. It’s a small place so it tends to get packed during lunch and dinner but it is definitely worth the wait of you do have to do it. It’s a little pricier than your typical Baguio food fare but it definitely hits the spot if you’re craving for something that will warm you and comfort you from the cold Baguio weather.
