Stix Noodle - Bahamas

Ate here a bunch, especially for lunch because the pool options are limited. Never got sick. They can’t do much, but they can do GF chicken pad Thai and it’s great.

Had a nice dinner here. My server brought Chef Tyrrell over to speak with me and he told me that there were 3 meals that could be made GF: pad Thai, drunken noodles and the Singapore noodles. I chose the Singapore noodles (made with rice noodles) and it was delicious. The food was delivered to me by the manager. Although it’s a busy and small kitchen, I felt that they took my concerns seriously. Would eat here again for sure!

Chef came out to assure me my order would be prepared GF, in a fresh pan, so no cross-contamination. I had the chicken pad Thai. There were a few other options marked on the menu as GF as well.
