Taberna Baska - Bahía Blanca

Had a plentiful experience here, the service was very good. had filled a full fish with spinach and mushrooms. had a ginger. the owner himself was service and was super polite. the price was very decent. the place was very clean.

Part of the baskenclub in bahia blanca. very good restaurant, very beautiful decoration, quiet environment. good teller, in a ground with good ingredients, not wise, but good enough if they look where they are in the world! I come here every time I visit this city!

Everything we tasted was amazing. we had a salmon with prosciutto, brokkoli and cheese, which was delicious and an ice cream with berries for dessert.

Ate in the taberna baska after our hotel recommended it to us for seafood, and something else. I don't know if the owners are basken, but the place seemed safer than basque restaurants I had eaten in the usa. we had a good...Salad, who came out with unusual boils. my wife had the salmon speciality of the day, and I had filled calamari with garnels and covered with a creamy crimp sauce. both dishes came with excellent sourcing, my wife will be handsome with slivered, minen mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and more. there was a good weinlist and we choose a humberto canale patagonian viognier, very crisp and dry, a sort I didn't know they grew in Argentinia, from a winzer I never heard, but pretty good. I wish I had made some notes about the other dishes available because the menu had some things on it. I don't know enough to make it as an authentic baskisch, but it was certainly something different, and quite out of the usual for Argentinia. would have to try more to make a total look at this restaurant, but eating was definitiw competently prepared and delicious. the ambiente is okay, though simple, and at least there is not the ubiquitous football game on a television. in a city that seems to offer quite standard eating experiences, this can surprise them.

All we tried was amazing. We took a salmon with prosciutto, broccoli and cheese that was delicious and an ice cream with red dessert fruits.
