This was my second visit to the restaurant. It's a place I want to stop by when I'm in the area, even though it's far from my home. You can see the ocean from the parking lot, as it's along Route 36. Be careful, as you might miss it if you don't have navigation. The staff were friendly and smiley, which was nice. I will definitely come back again.
I enjoy eating seafood bowls often, but I think the seafood bowl here is not just sashimi placed on top, but a properly cooked seafood bowl. It has a sauce-like topping that is balanced and well put together. Some may say that the shrimp in the tempura bowl is too thin, but after trying it, I felt that there is a balance or a reason for it. I think the balance between the batter and the shrimp is good, but shrimp lovers may find it lacking. The parking lot is spacious and well cleared of snow. The interior of the restaurant may be old, but it is clean and there are tatami seating areas, making it a convenient place for families with children. There are also chairs available for children. It is recommended to go early as they may run out of rice by the end of their operating hours.
This is a restaurant that serves delicious tempura rice bowls, seafood chirashi, and mackerel miso set meals. The sauce for the tempura rice bowl is exquisite and delicious! The chirashi also tastes delicious when mixed with the marinated sauce. It makes you want to go for seconds.
