Urbo Restaurant - Baia Mare

Am avut una dintre cele mai bune seri aici. Mâncarea a fost sublimă, vinul a fost remarcabil, serviciul a fost perfect! 100 din 10!

Cel mai bun restaurant din oraș. Selecție excelentă de vinuri din diferite regiuni și în diferite segmente de buget. Am avut un Wok cu inspirație asiatică cu carne de vită - printre cele mai gustoase pe care le-am gustat vreodată. Restaurantul în sine este foarte proaspăt și elegant. Personalul este amabil și foarte orientat spre serviciu. Restaurantul este de clasă "fine dining", dar relaxat și - cu un buget scandinav - nu este costisitor.

Ceva diferit în Baia Mare, un loc minunat pentru a mânca și a bea un pahar de vin. Personal minunat și un mediu primitor.

Excelent food accompanied by a very good selection of wines. It looks modern and the service is top level. We had a great time there.

I was quite impressed by this beautiful spot in Baia Mare. First off, the place looks very contemporary, with a very nice touch on details and materials. You can actually see the wine cellar in the basement through a glass floor right after you enter the place. The menu is concise, modern, based on real gems of the international cuisine. Whoever created that menu, it was money well spent for the owners. I loved the French Onion Soup, made by the book, at precise international standards, served in its very own traditional bowl with lion heads. Just lovely. Smoked herring salad with potatoes and pouched egg was also very good work, somebody does know how to properly buy and blanch potatoes in that kitchen. The right type of potatoes for salad, blanched just enough to hold a bite, but still be cooked through. Careful with the fish bones, guys, but very good job overall. My companion had a plate of pasta that looked absolutely amazing. Hope to hear only great things about this place in the future. Thanks for the experience, good luck!
