McDonald's - Baie-Saint-Paul

I love that you can order your food from a touch screen. You do not need to make eye contact with anybody. Just walk-in with your head held low, order and pay directly at a screen. When your food is ready, they will call out your number. You don't have to speak with anyone. It's great if you have low self esteem!

We visited the restaurant in the late afternoon for a muffin and coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting friendly locals who enjoyed chatting with us and sharing the history of the city.

We were travelling from Baie Comeau to Mont Tremblant and decided to stop for a coffee and a muffin. The washrooms were disgusting, no soap, hand dryer did not work, no paper towels, floors disgusting. This is an older type McDonalds and is not very clean. Staff seemed to be pre-occupied with chatting amongst themselves instead of serving customer. Order was mixed up. Sad, will not stop here in the future!!
