Ganz leckere flammkuchen schinkenplatte Wurst Salat mit Bratkartoffeln Bedienung Tipp top echt zu empfehlen
I liked the restaurant very much. It is a classical German restaurant. Very good service. Cosy inside. The meat was tender and delicious. No many choices for dessert. We order the 2 options. Beautiful presentation however a very very tiny portion and very high high price
My man and I lived about minutes of baiersbronn, which is why we knew about it as an American. we are now living in meadow baths and have missed the black forest, so we have decided on the weekend. because we know the opposite of baiersbronn. famous for many excellent restaurants, we wanted to visit a few during our trip. of course august is a month in which many European holidays and married. we were able to book only two places kohlerstube and waldknechtshof meierei and both were booked for the same day! After visiting both restaurants with a Michelin star, and one with a Michelin board, I must say that I enjoyed the restaurant with the Michelin plate more! from the beginning the service was friendly, friendly and very professional. we had the feeling that personal wanted us to enjoy our lunch. I noticed that our server took our courses so that we were not rushed and had a lot of time to enjoy everything. I also loved that the owner and the sommelier talked to us and wanted to know our opinions. but of course the best part of our experience was eating! thanks to the pandemic we couldn't eat as much as we have historically. there were several courses in which my tastes seemed to explode with pleasure. I even thought I'd enjoy eating that I usually don't like. I usually don't order a lamb, for example because it tastes me. but at the meierei the lamb was not playful and cooked for perfection. ditto to the tomats used in the second cursor. I usually don't eat raw tomato, but I really enjoyed the ones we had in the meierei. my man chose a locally produced land wine, which was obviously especially the sommelier came out and explained in English why the wine was special. we did not expect that and appreciate learned to learn something new, as well as the tasting of the excellent wine that was described as two bottles of wine in one, I would have liked to have dined on another day in this restaurant as we dinner in the kohlerstube, but the restaurant was catering a high time and was booked. I am still pleased that we had the opportunity to eat in the meierei, even if it meant a lot of food and tasted various aromen on a day. I hope we can come back next time in the Black Forest. I don't think it'll take a long time to get her michelin star.
Here they cook original en suttle. the muted and marinated sturgeon was a real surprise. very fine and original dishes available, all from the best, fresh quality products. the drinking of the meatgram) could correspond to the German or Americans, but was really...for my wife and the diligent. the attention of the staff was simply good and not intrusive. even though one of them was shy. the offered accompanying wine (sales for each dish), was hit directly in the middle on the bullseye. finishing a local brand of hazelnut made an exclusive, remarkable finish. want to enjoy haute cusine for a good price, this is the place to go. no regret.
