This restaurant is a fantastic place for quick, homemade Mexican food. We tried the breakfast burritos and they were fantastic. A tip for next time: you can call ahead and have your order ready. Pair that with the drive-thru coffee place next door and you have a high-quality pit stop in Bailey.

The food at this restaurant is truly fantastic. I've only had to wait once during a busy lunch rush, and even then it wasn't too long. Gerson has been running this food truck for years, and he's usually the one cooking. Now, it's either him or Jonas! I highly suggest trying the street tacos, they're incredibly delicious! Everything is made fresh to order. This is one of my go-to spots for the most delicious Mexican food in Park County!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The owner greeted me poorly and seemed annoyed by my presence. I felt rushed and when I requested no onions due to my allergy, the owner only rolled his eyes. It took 45 minutes to receive my food, which is unacceptable. The food was mediocre at best. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The service was terrible. I recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.
