Horrible customer service! Order came wrong and “they couldn’t do anything for me”.

We have been ordering pizza from this location for months for both of our schools. On a weekly basis. delivery is always an issue, they can never find us. One time the delivery person left the pizza on the ground in front of our facility, they go to the wrong entrance all the time and this last time he yelled at our staff for not being available on time for the delivery, they run late and we have business running. We cannot wait or fluctuate our schedule to cater to their late deliveries. We will not be ordering from here, we do not like to be yelled at.

I don’t know what I just ate but I’m pretty sure this wasn’t a Papa Johns pizza. I got sick from it. Their franchise license should be revoked because they are making Papa Johns look bad.

Not to be dramatic but Imagine working all day ordering food to be delivered around the same time you get home from work only for the food to never ever arrive..... Orderd pizza at 9:23PM and at midnight my ordered was refunded to my card. I went to the app only to see that my order had been canceled. No phone call no email.... its too late to order food from anywhere else thanks for the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life...
