Casa Sandoval Pension - Bais

Western Nautical Highway, Bais City, just in front of Bais City Pilot School. The room that we took is the modest one. It's not new but clean. The air-conditioning and shower works well. The toilet is also clean. The place is strategically located near the market, gas station, drug stores, and convenience stores should you need to buy some necessities. There's a security guard assigned at night and at the parking area, so you'll be sure your car is safe while you sleep On top of it all, the owner, Sir Edwin, and his wife are so accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our two days stay and will surely be back. Highly recommends this Pension House for those who are looking for a very affordable yet clean and safe place to stay in Bais City.

After a very long day of traveling from Valenzuela I had to get off the bus so as we were passing through by East I just got off the bus and found this place. The proprietor John and his wife are very nice and accommodating and when we pass back through a couple of days ago we stopped in had a cup of coffee with them. Plan on stopping there again for it overnight stay sometime in November

There is a restaurant in the facility and the owner is very friendly There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room. Close to bus terminal and supermarket

We've been going to this place more than I can remember. The owners is very accommodating, very hospitable and friendly. The place is nice, you cannot hear the any noise from other rooms and they have a restaurant too which is very convenient when you want to have a quick meal. They have excellent night security as well so I feel very safe here. Come and visit the place.

I love the place. The room provided were neat and clean and the staff were accommodating, they provided exceptional services. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for everyone.
