Cold Stone Creamery - Bakersfield

Came yesterday the service was a little missing, so I removed a star, but it was so delicious that I did not want much about the service! they will not be disappointed with their ice.

They quick, the ice cream was delicious and it was nowhere near as packed as the coldstones in Colorado! Wish they were all like this!

Was about to get our order finished when we saw a roach crawling on top of the topping containers and counter. Told the woman in charge and stepped out.

Why such a low rating!? Why all the hate? Lol. This location did us right! First timer today, and all was swell. Place was spacious, clean and empty lol Greeted upon walking in and was given very friendly service. Good vibes all around. We got 3 I like it (small size) build your own ice creams. I tried the new dairy free silk almond milk chocolate ice cream with banana, chocolate shavings and coconut flakes mixed in And it was delicious! Couldn 't even tell it was non dairy! My hubby and mother enjoyed theirs very much too, plenty of flavors and mixins to choose from. The lady who helped us was friendly and very fast in service. Even thanked us for our tips! We liked this location and we will return when the sweet tooth kicks in for ice cream again!

I'm so upset right now, called in a online order, I had ordered a strawberries and fudge with bananas. The picture on the website is what I thought I was going to get, well the send picture is what I actually got. I called them right away and the girl said that when the person in charge comes in she will have her call me around 5pm... I tried eating it, but just threw it out in trash, I got busy, never heard back till finally around 8pm I decided to call them. Well get this, the girl I spoke with had to call the Mgr and said that I would need to take the ice cream back to them and they would make me another one. Really??? Wow just WOW!!! Never again I will visit this place again!!!!
