El Capitan Mexican Grill Cantina

I have never tried Cuban Caribbean cuisine before. The portion sizes were generous, and the servers were extremely friendly.

The food was delicious. I was in Bakersfield to pick up my grandchild for a few days, and we made a great choice by stopping to eat Mexican food.

The restaurant is lovely and well-maintained. I ordered the asada fries and they were delicious! We had to ask for some items like napkins and a knife. The service was friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I had the 3 combination tastefully chicken tacos dorados and good beans. I really liked the pork chile verde tamal a little different, not too oversized. good portion and authentic recipes.

The food was very good. Hands down the best refried beans ever!! A little slow but not to bad. Definitely going back.
