El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

I ordered a Baja shrimp tostada with extra shrimp, and it came with 8 shrimp! My wife is thrilled. The tostada itself was just right. However, I wouldn't recommend getting the shrimp.

The chicken tacos were amazing, but the guacamole had an unpleasant flavor. What about others?

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They clearly don't know how to properly wrap burritos. I left extremely dissatisfied.

Been here before the food is good but this time I did a mobile order and when arrived they had to redo my whole order because they left it on the counter and ended up getting taken from someone else. Manager was just talking over the employee which is really rude and unprofessional for both the employee and customer. Manager was being rude towards customers too yelling at everyone. Very disappointed with pollo loco do better training on management

Prices go up , portions get smaller. This location has the smallest portions, I prefer other locations for taste and portions but location is convenient.
