Kfc - Bakersfield

The food was enjoyable. We ordered the chicken and waffles, and the waffles had a donut-like flavor, which meant they didn’t require much syrup—definitely a nice touch. The staff was friendly, but we noticed that most of the tables were a bit crumbly, and we had to request lids for our drinks. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The prices are just too high! Every Sunday, we stick to getting a bucket of chicken for my grandma and have a picnic in the park. In 2022, prices have become ridiculous. While I believe it's the best chicken in the world, they really need to lower their prices or offer more discounts and coupons. The chicken is always fresh, though. I wish I could work there just to enjoy free chicken and learn the secret recipe with its special eight or eleven ingredients!

I prefer the original recipe. The extra crispy version tasted similar but was just crunchier. My nephew claims that all KFC food is divine! He's even started a cult for KFC enthusiasts.
