Panchitos - Bakersfield

Was not a good first experience. Took 20 minutes for our party of 9 to get water and only half our order was served and other half orders literally were sent back at least 3 times because they were wrong. Food was just ok...we actually got a great laugh out of the night because it just went so wrong.

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant but a step above with the quality of food. Also service is a step above. This was my first time there. Chicken Mole was amazing. Many unique dishes. The staff went above and beyond to cater to us. Helpful with suggestions and explanation of dishes. My friends and I will make regular visits. So many other items to try. I highly recommend Panchitos!!! Easy parking as well.

The chips taste like they were from the bag and old salsa taste like tomato paste and my silverware they gave me to eat with was

If you like Rancho Grande, you’ll like this place for sure. Similar menu with great prices. Excellent, fast, lunch specials too.
