Exceptional service! The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was fantastic and fresh. I highly recommend this place!

With their fantastic offer of three months free and then just $8.99 a month for unlimited daily brewed coffee, they helped me through the sweltering summer when my car's air conditioning was broken. They even added extra perks to the plan. Thank you, Serenity!

The coffee was always warm and eating was amazing. my favorite combo is the hazelnut coffee and the bacon/egg cheese breakfast sandwich on an asiago bagel, soou good! the environment is relaxing and comfortable!

The service is very good they greet you as soon as you walk in .. I go here everyday now am part of the sip club . Sometimes they don’t have the drinks ready for customers like they don’t always have iced coffee ready in my mornings sometimes they do sometimes they dont. they sometimes have brown raw sugar and sometimes they dont… they sometimes have stuff and it kinda sucks . I get weird vibes from some managers because I do go there everyday and sometimes I don’t order food I just enjoy my unlimited sip club drink

I really enjoy Panera, but this one came up way short. I ordered the half ‘chicken take’ sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was terrible. The chicken piece was tiny and didn’t come close to covering the disappointingly dry bun. I wish I took a photo of it because it was a major disappointment to Panera’s normally decent quality. The sandwich was worth a 1-2 star review. The side salad was the Asian salad and it was the one redeeming part of the meal. The salad was quite good and worthy of 4 stars. The prices shocked me. Somehow my $12 sandwich/salad plus an iced tea cost me $20. I was with a guest so I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but this meal was not worth even $10-12 total. I’ll continue to go to Panera, but will avoid this specific store in the future.
