Subway - Bakersfield

The service and food at this restaurant are awful. The staff is always missing, so patrons have to wait for them to emerge. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive two sandwiches, which were extremely dry and tasteless. It was not worth the wait.

I would prefer to drive a bit more to receive better service. The sandwich was messy and not prepared according to my preferences. The bread seemed stale, like it had been left out for a long time.

This person works very slowly, taking 15 minutes just to make one sandwich and prepare cookies. Additionally, they made a mistake with my sandwich.

Best subway in town! Everyone is so friendly and the girls up front even greet you on your way in and out. I love coming here because everyone always has such positive attitudes!

We placed an order online paid for “extras” on our sandwiches. Every sandwich was supposed to come with avocado. We paid because it’s an online order. We received ZERO avocado on EVERY sandwich. This isn’t the first time, but I thought I’d give another try. Never again! Thanks for taking my money not giving me my product. I’ll give my money elsewhere.
