Sugar Mill - Bakersfield

My wife and I love this place.For starters, it feels homey and not crowded. You can enjoy a conversation with your meal.They have great employees too my coffee cup is never empty! Most importantly, the food is delicious and the portions are mas grande. We have shared a combo skillet for breakfast.All of these things make a great reason to make the drive out to North Chester.

I went here for breakfast this morning. I had the Chile Verde omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy...delicious!!! Both my kids had waffle and bacon off the kids menu. I snuck a few bites of waffle and it was delicious as well. Service was good, excellent place to eat.

GREAT HOME COOKING. The Prime Rib and Steak dinners are among the best in Bakersfield. Sunday's home cooked and freshly carved Turkey dinners (with all the trimmings) and Monday's Hot Turkey Sandwiches can't be beat. An outstanding value!!

The catfish is the best in town
