Zaika Indian Cuisine O - Bakersfield

I’ve tried lots of different ramen places in LA and San Francisco but this place was one of the best places so far. I had the tantanmen and takoyaki so good! Ramen was spicy but had good flavor the broth was very rich and the noodles were a good firm. Definitely recommend and I definitely will go again when I happen to visit Bakersfield.Food: 5/5

Was rushed to order our food after sitting down 30second With a menu.Tonkuso ramen was disappointing ,egg was whole and over cooked, pork chasui was bland, the broth needed seasoning. Have tasted better tap water. Harsh but real review.Food: 2/5

Chicken Shoyu was a watery flavorless chicken stock. No soy sauce hint at all. Its Bakersfield though so you cant expect much. Chinese run fare as usual, because the margins are good. Rough clientele. Gonna try another place after as I gave up on the meal.

Me and my boyfriend eat here about 4/5 times a month lol we love it I want some right now lol I get the tofu one because it has veggies in it and I tell them to take the tofu out just because I mainly want the veggies then I make it kinda spicy (mild) and it so good and always fresh. Caterpillar in Ramen! So disappointed that my husband found that in his Ramen this was our favorite Ramen spot. They offered to give him a replacement or something else for free but at that point he was too grossed out. We ended up paying for just my ramen with a 15% discount ?Food: 1/5
