Barkly's Restaurant - BAKERY HILL

I have been staying at this restaurant regularly for work. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality linens. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The value for the money is excellent.

This restaurant review is about a decent place we stayed at for a couple of days. Some of the apartments need some improvements, as the bath in our room looked unstable and had sharp edges. However, the food was great, which was a plus. The bed was not comfortable, with only 3 sheets and a thin duvet, leading to a restless night. Despite these issues, the family enjoyed the stay and we all had a good time in the end. Overall, we rate it 4 stars.

Food delicious, great menu, good wine cocktail selection. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Absolutely loved this old world place, fine dining with an old world charm, could not fault service or food

A group of approximately 15 of us dined here for a Christmas catch up. We couldn't fault it. We had a fantastic 2 course meal, a drink and a bon bon and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. The owner/manager is so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and large groups don't seem to bother them. I highly recommend this restaurant for a mid range, hearty meal.
