Carrabba's Italian Grill - Bal Harbour

RARELY get take out orders correct. My elderly parents offered to bring me home dinner, they were eating at Carrabba's tonight, and they're good tippers. This time, AGAIN, NO SALAD, NO VEGGIE, NO BREAD OR BUTTER. Just the pork chop and potatoes. This happens constantly at this Carrabba's. The takeout is NEVER CORRECT. SO DISAPPOINTED, AGAIN. Last time, next time we will go somewhere else.

The service was somewhat lacking; they didn't keep our drinks filled as well as they could have. However, the food was outstanding. The Chicken Bryan was so delicious that I can't imagine ordering anything else. Absolutely fantastic!

Atmosphere was good and service was excellent. The food (veal) gave me food poisoning and EVERYTHING had too much pepper. The leader of staff (maybe the manager) got into a long and winded argument with a customer over a stolen pastry, not professional at all despite him being right.

Never ever order delivery from this location. Food arrived ice cold on 2 separate occasions, not to mention it arrive 45 mins later than quoted. As if that wasn?t enough the order was missing food! The manager that I spoke to was very rude and condescending! The photo added is a picture of what is suppose to be eggplant parmigiana, it was awful!!!! Maybe you get better treatment dining in, but you sure don?t when it comes to delivery

I had an incredibly delicious and mouthwatering experience at this restaurant! The dishes were a true culinary delight. I can still smell and taste the perfectly prepared steak and fettuccine Alfredo—it was simply outstanding. The manager, Cardinal, was polite, friendly, and gracious in assisting us. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!
