Louisiana Crab Shack - Balch Springs

Please don't waste your time or money here! My boyfriend ordered the fish and shrimp basket and couldn't stand it! The fried pickles were just greasy. This was our first and last visit! It’s overpriced and unpleasant.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered takeout. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. The seafood boil bag was excellent. I will definitely be returning! Food rating: 5/5.

The food is overpriced. We ordered a fish basket, and the fish had no flavor whatsoever—it was completely tasteless. In most restaurants, a fish basket typically comes with fish, fries, toast, and a drink. However, here we received just small pieces of flavorless fish and a handful of fries, without any toast or drink. Fast food places like Captain D’s offer a much better experience than this restaurant.

The worst service ever it was first and last time here the cocktail shrimp was old like it had days just their and when I told them that to take it back they didn 't even said "I 'm sorry or let me change it "nothing I did said pls take it off my check the girl Said no because I had touch it also the PHO has a weird taste like old or raw meat.... REALLY for me to try my food I need to touch my food.... pls ? ? dnt came here is waste of money if I could just give them a ZERO review I will hope my family dnt get sick after eating here

Service is not great. They sit you down and basically walk off which leaves you confused on if you are suppose to order at the counter or not. I ordered the food and it was not good or seasoned. The business was clean. They did not have any customers in the restaurant which should have been a clue for me not to dine. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.
