Feedback gevenVery disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day. Not impressed as we arrived around 5pm. If you want dinner in hotel you need to book before 2pm we didnt check in until 5!! Only spa hotel I have EVER stayed in where you have to pay to use sauna, jacuzzi, and it only opens at 3pn!!!! Overall not impressed Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4
I strongly do NOT recommend the hotel. The only good thing was that we had a sea view. The plug was out and sticking out next to the bed! The curtains were torn, the room dirty. The cleaning was after 2pm and we had asked to be cleaned, only the towels were changed, the glasses in the restaurant were also dirty and when we asked for them to be washed we got a roll of the eyes and an answer that they don 't understand what we are telling them and that is in a moment, in which the hotel is apparently not full.
One of the worst experiences at a 3 star hotel. For the price paid, we did not expect extra services, but this hotel has significant disadvantages in the essential points. Superficial cleaning, very weak wi-fi, very poorly equipped suites, the reception staff should be better trained to work in the field of customer service. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 2
There is a parking lot next to the hotel, which is a big plus. We had a buffet breakfast (if I'm not mistaken) and it was very tasty. The rooms were very nice, tidy and clean. The service and staff were top notch. There is a shop nearby if you want to buy something extra. Also restaurants. A superb hotel!! We never wanted to leave this location. The spacious rooms, well divided and very clean, the service and the dream view. The varied and excellent breakfast and dinner, and in particular, I noticed Mr. Nikolai from the restaurant for kindness, politeness, an unprecedented good sense and always with a smile on his face! It remained in our soul! Very kind staff starting from the manager to the reception. We would like to return to this wonderful hotel as soon as possible!!
