Although the plate was absolutely massive, we thought it was quite expensive, but nice eating. my brother paid himself and his son (his son had a child's meal,) two beer and a soft drink and it cost him $95, quite expensive for an adult and a child. overall a beautiful atmosphere, but price wise would probably be back in a hurry
Had a german pork, speck and cheese hotdog. A german egg noodle pasta(cabonara) and a chicken garden salad. And a beer. The pork sausage was great, the speck was like wood ans unchewable and the grated cheese was sprinkled on top of the cold sauce and unmelted. The cabonara had no seasoning whatsoever and just tasted like cream. And the chicken in the salad was cremated, rock hard and dried out. Worst meal I have had in ages. And for the price you would expect something a lot better. When i gave my thoughts, the boss said well its not for everyone poor effort guys. The beer was nice though.
Wasn't expecting much when someone recommended this place, I was expecting a cheesy Germany food chain but was pleasantly surprised that I got nothing of the sort. The staff were very attentive and didn't leave any customer waiting on ordering even drinks, but not in the usually annoying way some places do. They have traditional German dishes with a westernised take for sides and dips which was fantastic. The sheer amount of food you get for the price was also a huge plus, drinks are standard Perth AUD so $14 for a cocktail which is pretty average, however you were getting imported beers for reasonable rates which is rare. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I ate at this establishment over the weekend. The food was very tasty, however I thought is quite expensive. I had the equivalent to a pulled beef sandwich and my friends had the pork belly. The waiter was friendly and polite but very rushed as the didnt seem to have enough staff on. Drinks were the biggesr disappointment. The average glass of wine was $14 and a glass of cider $12. I asked for a dry wine and was given a sweet one, then tried the house cider which was tastless and watery. I think better value for money can be found at other eateries in Baldivis
Had a birthday party last weekend and I must say the platters where amazing. Plenty of food, Knuckles, Sausages, Ribs and side dishes, Service was attentive and always smiling. My new favoured spot in Baldivis.
