Was good for a couple of years. New manager now, not much bang for your buck.....again.

Fast and friendly. Order was perfect and hot when picked

I thought I made a mistake on my online order, so I called the store in a hurry to correct it before my order was prepared. The staff member I spoke to was very polite and reassuring. My food was then delivered quickly and perfectly! Thank you Baldwin City Pizza Hut!

Hope management sees this, I have to say this pizza I ordered tonight is truly the best New Yorker Pizza I’ve had since the 90s! Whoever the chef was seasoned it to perfection, that hasn’t happened before when I ordered. Whatever the chef did made this a pizza to brag about!Same with the meat lover melt, seasoned to perfection. Please continue doing what you did tonight, it was the best I’ve had since I was a kid! ?

Very good young man made us a very good veggie pizza. I wish pizza hut would bring back the lunch buffet. Before covid we ate at pizza hut virtually every weekToday is the first time we have eaten in Pizza Hut for more than 3 years. We won't come back until the buffet returns.
