I placed an order through Postmates for 12 ounces of ice, but instead received a coffee. I am 9 months pregnant and was actually craving ice cream. The receipt said 12 ounces of ice, but I was given 8 ounces of ice cream instead. I am confused as to how this mix-up occurred, especially since the order was made at 11 o'clock. I don't think the store was very busy at that time.

This restaurant is not open 24 hours. It closes at 10 o'clock.

How do you run out of mint chocolate chip? Or was the employee just lazy and didn't feel like getting a new one? Either way, not a good look

Both young men working we're very polite and helpful. I ordered 1of my usuals, Iced Caramel Latte and I did enjoy it!!😊
