Feedback gevenSo I caught who I think is the store manager ? training a new employee and Wow!! He was so kind, patient and thourough, it actually melted my heart a bit haha. Ive seen him around there for years always working hard and hes always been so sweet andeager to hand out samples of new drinks. If this man hasnt gotten him a raise already please give him one corporate !! Anyway mydrinks here are always awesome, thankyou guys, you all rock.
Everything is good but who is preparing food giving priority too drive in service. My order was gone from register she was still serving out side order. When I was looking her she put my order to oven. Means they don't care inside the customers and managerisn't do his or her job carefully still they need training. But one side this place better than other donkin because they havecommunication problem with customers.
Through the year I?ve been to many Dunkin. The location at 764 Sunrise is probably one of the worst. Doesn?t appear clean from the outside. Extensive wait time in drive through. Only a few cars and it takes 10-15 minutes to the speaker. Prices seems toincrease monthly. A small coffee is $2.49; increases .40 this year alone. Items constantly prepared incorrectly or poorly.Escalate to the manager. He?s sarcastic doesn?t take accountable and makes no apology. Completing the surveys make nodifference; they don?t respond.Avoid the frustration and avoid this location.
Their service is very unprofessional, I made an appointment for a cup of coffee, they didn't make it for me, and then asked me to order another cup, I spent two cups, and the waiter had a very bad attitude!
Service is okay and orders are not consistent. Last week I ordered a caramel oat milk iced coffee and it was perfect. Today I got the same thing and was nothing like my last order.
