Great location for gas station. At exit entrance to route 690 , easy in and out but use caution during peak hours and traffic is fast and heavy. Pay at the pump is convenient. Free air which is unheard of these days. Store is very nice with beverages, hot food, a Subway chain in store and a seasonal ice cream stand with outdoor picnic tables and clean sitting area.

We called ahead and ran in last minute and the wonderful woman there, Tina, waited to clean the ice cream machine so we could get some soft serve! This was on the last night of my trip to New York, and we don't have the same style of soft serve down in Texas where I'm from. Tina totally made our night and gave us amazing customer service- it is clear she loves serving and does a great job putting smiles on her customers' faces!

Love this Byrne Dairy because of the employees. Kyara and Tyler went above and beyond to make burgers and find anything else I needed to complete my purchase. These two employees deserve to be recognized because they are so young but have a very mature and professional understanding of customer service.

The product and the store are very nice...BUT the young girls in most cases, especially the young reddish haired girl in the baldwinsville store at the icecream window could not be more rude and disinterested in providing customer service. She makes you want to go to Stewart's immediately.

I used to love running in here but now I am so scared of the young girl that works there. I think her name is Maria, she has glasses and reddish hair but I try to avoid her at all cost. Her mean attitude is so disrespectful and I have witnessed her be so rude to so many people, even this sweet elder lady one time. I don?t want her to get fire by any means but I hope someone can have a talk with her. Life is hard! We all don?t want to be nice to people at work but that is literally what a job is! When you are nice to people your work day goes by so much faster, and a lot smoother, I promise it?s worth it just to be kind.
