Salsa Mexican Grill

Accidentally found this place in the umghlanga village and have to say. Was drawn by the colour and decor. The fact that they had free wifi and smiling waitrons Thabani and Sne was a plus. Managers Teigan, Justin and Lee were all super attentive. I ordered a much-needed glass of wine which turned out to be a carafe. So Happy. Then ordered spicy nachos with Mexican Mince. Wow! Did not expect this huge portion size. Enough for 2-4 to share. Well done to Ndumiso...it was orgasmically delicious! This place gets 5 stars from me. I don't want to leave.

The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was very tasty. The diners at our table were new to Mexican food but were very happy with our choices which was thanks to our waitress (and the manager who seems able to spot newbies from across a room) taking time to explain the choices on the menu and by making good suggestions to us. I look forward to being back.

Beautiful colorful decorative interiors!!! Sombrero and tequilas!! Good food, good quality all standards met like all the other Salsa restaurants I visited. Love the fresh vegetables and other ingredients used in their meals.

I was there on the 25th of January, with the rain pouring it was a relief to step into a place where the vibe was so awesome. Food was absolutely delicious, my boyfriend and I had a lovely time with the dancing and the music as well. Next time I visit Durban, I'll be sure to pop in.

Fine vibe with friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and always allows for a fun night with family and friends. I like the concept of an open kitchen you can keep an eye on your food which is a good idea. Food and drinks very tasty !!
