B J's Pizza House - Ball

The guy at the register wasn't the one who should have been dealing with customers. And my order was wrong. They were closing, so by the time I got home, they were closed.

Extremely Rude and very unprofessional. Eat at the 28E branch or not at all. Refused to even try to make their mess up right and hung up on me. Will never go back to Ball.

I treated myself to the lunch buffet and received far more than delicious pizza and salad. I observed two very hard working young women who smiled and appreciated each guest and the ability to have a job. I’ll be back!

First time to visit. My family had the buffet which costed us 30.00. We got 2 pieces because there wasn't any pizza ....waited 30 minutes, still no pizza on buffet. What a waste of money and will not be returning.

Pizza was good, but all women working there had their hair down with no hairnets. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order and the workers would look at us but didn’t acknowledge with a simple “we will be right with you”. Cashier didn’t have a kind welcoming attitude when finally taking our order.
