Fishery Chick - Ballarat North

New owners have taken time to settle in but now producing great fish and chips again. Service time is improving. Nice salads too!

As a regular to Fishery Chick, and having been a customer through many changes of hands it always remains a good quick option for a quick dinner for the family. We generally opt for Chicken and Chips although they have a great variety of seafood on offer. Their chips are always great and is their chicken. Quite a limited range of salads but that's OK. Their gravy isn't the best but still nice. The newest owners seem lovely and always happy! The food is good value for money and doesn't take long to cook. P.S their chip sizes are always bigger than you expect, they over pack those bags like crazy (I'm not complaining!). Give them a go, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Visited with friends, but to be honest we had not purchased here for years. Prices a little dearer than other similar businesses in Ballarat, but we received large meals and didn't have to wait to be served.

BUSIEST AND BEST! People out the door, Fresh fresh food and great cooking. Highly recommended! Be prepared to wait a little as it is very busy in peak times but soooo worth it!
