Gloria Jean’s Coffees - Ballarat

Had coffee and cakes with family; coffee always good, cakes are ok but not my favourite! Wide variety of hot/iced chocolates for the kids. Reasnoably quick given there was 7 of us!

My partner and I went here a few weeks ago for a coffee. At the time they were not busy and all three or four of the staff were talking, laughing and joking around while we waited to be served and also all the tables were dirty - they had not been cleaned. They were loud and obnoxious at the time. Coffee was so bad, we noticed a table next to us - someone had left almost a full cup of coffee - f honestly hard to believe it!!! Certainly won't ever be going back there in a hurry.

I often grab a few coffees on My way to meetings with clients. The service is quick and friendly and the coffee is good The clients like the coffee and I keep getting invited back for more work

I had a lovely drink today and the staff were lovely. Such a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a drink away from the shopping centre. A lovely, warm and inviting place.The food in the counter looked delicious. Although I did not try anything it looked fresh and well presented.Glorias is a specialty coffeehouse chain that offers a selection of gourmet blended coffee etc.They had a huge variety of flavours of drinks including a few teas, cakes
