Kfc - Ballarat

I give this restaurant 5 stars solely because of Jacob tonight. When we placed our order, he playfully said 'k-f-c- you at the next window' and then at the window, he told us to 'have a zinging night'...he is truly a legend! He made my daughter smile! Jacob is a fantastic employee!

Five stars for Jacob tonight. When we placed our order, he said "k-f-c- you in the next window" and when we arrived at the window, he said "Have a ringing night" - what a legend! My daughter was thrilled. Jacob is a great employee!

The food was superbly cooked and fresh, with perfectly seasoned chips. The staff was also friendly.

The staff at this restaurant often have difficulty getting orders correct. In my experience, they have frequently served overcooked tenders, not provided the correct quantity of food, forgotten to include sauces, or gotten my order completely wrong. This is definitely a downside.

Me and my extended family (11 people) ate dinner here and the chicken was absolutely tasteless! It was oily and definitely missing salt and half of the 11 secret herbs and spices. It was so bland! Same with the nuggets. And the burgers were tiny and so disappointing! I have visited many KFCs throughout Australia and this is definitely the worse! We only ate it because we were so hungry.
