A bunch of thieves. Scenario: I am in business I ask an employee about the price of a bottle of champagne bc below, the day said 29.99. She told me it was the wrong price and the bottle was $64.99. I paid to come home. You charged me $89.99. I'll call and explain the situation and they'll advise me to come back. They tell me that they don't give me the 25.00 bc price for this bottle is $89.99! I was like where in the whole range of bottles of champagne there is the price of this bottle is 89,99? I go home and call again bc at this point I angry, bc I made sure to ask before! I spoke to a lady who doesn't sound sincere and she says she calls me back the next day! I guess if I got a call back! Absolutely incompetent people and not on all customers Centric. The lower line is when a customer came and nowhere where the bottles are displayed, you see the right price, you offer a refund for the difference in height. It's disgusting and I'm gonna make sure someone goes there to keep up! You can push your $25.00! You weren't worth the fucking problems.

Several times when I bought here, the Gentleman has arranged additional 4-packs at the reception and placed them in my box. After they noticed that they act as if I were the one in wrong while I tried to buy me beer I didn't want.... Would not recommend this liqueur....

Best liquor store in Frederick! They have everything you didn’t even know you were looking for. Expect to browse like you would in a grocery store. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They even support you by carrying your bottle to the counter, so you’re not left wondering what to do next (smart business move!). I absolutely love it!

Additionally, the owner— a stocky, short Indian man at the front register—has an unapproachable demeanor. He comes across as arrogant and unfriendly, particularly towards customers making smaller purchases. When I requested a box for my two six-packs of beer, he dismissed me, stating that boxes were reserved for larger transactions. This felt both rude and unreasonable, especially considering the mountain of cardboard boxes stacked behind the register. It’s hard to believe that a store with so many boxes is struggling with sales. There are plenty of other places in Frederick to buy alcohol, and I will no longer support this business. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, as it's not worth the attitude you'll encounter.
