Mocha Beans - Ballina

Take a look at the menu displayed in the window; it looks fantastic and it took us about five minutes to decide what to order. However, when we approached the counter to place our order, we were disappointed to find that the actual menu was quite limited with few options. As a result, we decided to head over to the coffee shop around the corner instead.

The staff was lovely and friendly. However, there was only one vegan option available—a pack of vegetables without any sauce. It was quite plain. I wouldn't recommend it.

We often stop by for a quick bite and coffee. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they have part-time employees who may not be familiar with the menu, which can lead to some oversights. However, they are always willing to apologize. We always request baked beans with our vegan breakfast, and while they do offer toast, it would be nice if they could provide a little butter on the side. We usually just take our plates without complaining, as they are making good progress in accommodating a vegan diet.

What a fantastic place! The staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The food is made fresh to order, and the coffee is absolutely amazing!

This is an amazing restaurant with incredible staff. I especially want to highlight Christina Brennan, the Galway girl—she's absolutely outstanding!
