East Ballina Chinese Takeaway

Every time I'm here, as with everyone kfc, they'll screw up their order without failing (iron). always check their bag before they leave. but we all expect a bad service so we can't really complain. if there weren't any edible whan here, I would give this dirty bird a star.

Staff are great, food taste good. But when did the burgers and piece's of chicken become so small..I had same meal a month ago at Tweed the burger was the size it should be.. The burgers are now mini ones like McDonald's..

The Fill Up Box is just value for money .. but not filling enough .. there's no drink or wet wipes with this meal deal

Low star cause weekend causuals are not as effective and fluent as more experience staff. Stock everywhere food not ready for lunch rush, drinks not cold.

Not happy with the service at all!!! Had to wait about 10 mins at the counter earlier today to place the order and then another 15 mins later just to find out that our order was “accidentally bumped out”. And this is not the first time we experienced previously missed items from our order. The staff serving at the counter and their managers need better training and support.
