Publik House - Ballston Spa

This was our first visit to this restaurant. It is a small establishment with a limited but appealing menu. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and our server arrived promptly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, answering all of our questions. We ordered drinks and a serving of boneless chicken wings, which were delicious. We also tried a small pizza with pepper sauce and sausage, as well as meatball and chicken parm subs. The sides of fries and macaroni salad were also tasty. The waitress was attentive, offering refills without us having to ask. Our food arrived quickly and was hot, with crispy fries and generous toppings on the pizza. The total bill for three entrees and drinks was under $55. The restaurant was clean and the food was very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back, although we were warned that during track season the place may be busy.

The food was excellent, the bartender was friendly and funny, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The wings were tasty, although the hot spice level was just right for me.
