Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant In Ballw

I was excited to try the new whole lotta bacon burger, and we ordered it online for pickup. When we get home I took a bite and then opened my burger to find no bacon on the featured bacon burger.

We love and enjoy our Applebees, but this was the first time the food was adequate, maybe all a little over done. In general, we are very happy to call this our neighborhood go to

I got the chicken and shrimp dinner and it was really good, however my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich that looked more like a battered piece of steak. He ate a few bites and said that it had a weird taste.

I happened to be at this place at 15:44 today with my wife, her mom and my two kids. A young lady sorry I didn’t notice her name) approached us to give us a seat. Fortunately all the seats were empty. We humbly requested if we can be seated by the windows for the view. The server stated that was not possible. Her answer was ‘if you are seated there, it will take you some more time to be served as we are short staffed”. We were disappointed and left wondering. All the seats were empty and were told that none were reserved. What a poor service! I am writing this at the Drury Hotel site of Applebee’s as we are customers. May be I should not come to this place.
