Northern Lights Pizza - Ballwin

We absolutely loved the parmesan and garlic butter crusts! The pizza was hot and fresh. We will definitely return!

I had a terrible experience with the so-called manager at this restaurant. She threatened to call the police if I called back. I tried to order delivery, but she insisted they don’t deliver to my area, even though I've received deliveries from them twice before. When I mentioned that I would come to pick up my order, she hung up on me! I called a different location, but they all direct to the same store, and she threatened me with the police again. It's unbelievable! I will never order from this place again. They need to train their managers for the sake of customer service! I’m planning to contact corporate first thing in the morning. Avoid the Prairie Views location if you want to place an order; the manager might call the police on you!
