Philly Pretzel Factory - Ballwin

Rude. Walked up to the door at 6pm and kid locked it when we were 3 feet away. Just looked at us and walked away.

We came in and the employee was sweeping the floor with gloves on, proceeded to stop and packed our ordered pretzels with the same dirty gloves, then received cash in the same gloves, and touched various things around the shop like the iPad, and then, again, our food. Couldn’t eat the food after knowing how many germs had been transferred onto it in just this 1-minute occurrence. Seems to be representative of the store as a whole. Very gross and distracting. Was also handed cheese “sauce” that was just one coagulated solid…

Pretzel crust pepperoni pizza is fab! Great staff and clean environment.

I stumbled across this place and had to try the pretzel pizza! $5 for a cheese pizza? You can’t beat it. Was tasty, we tried pepperoni which was $6.50. Enough to share with two people and an awesome value. I would say pass on the little pretzel bites—they don’t taste very pretzel ish, more like a white bread with seasoning/coating. However, the prices and pizza make this place at least 4 stars and worth a visit!

This place is awesome! Friendly staff, great grub, low prices. My girlfriend and I got a pizza, two pretzel brats, and went to town on the dipping sauces (so many options! We loved every bit of it. Can't wait to come back soon.
